How many sugars do you take in your tea and coffee?

The pharmaceutical companies have it all their own way because they think they can control us with an expensive pill. But, there are other methods of healing the body. So, this forum is for health issues and promoting healthy living.

How many sugars do you take in your tea and coffee?

How many sugars do you take in your tea and coffee?

Right, I have stated on another post that I am not happy about the amount of sugar I use so I thought I would ask others how much sugar they use. Also I am interested in how many cups you consume.

I am aware that they link a high sugar intake with diabetes and tooth decay so I have never been happy with all the sugar I use.
We get sugar in most of our food but by drinking beverages we are stuffing even more sugar in our systems.
Luckily I don't seem to have suffered with any health issues with such a high intake of sugar.

I drink about 12 cups of tea or coffee a day.

In tea I use two heaped teaspoons.
In coffee I use three heaped teaspoons.

One and a half in tea, sometimes two.
In coffee I generally put two and a half and three.

Tea - 2 sugars.
Coffee - 3 sugars.
If someone else makes the coffee for me it usually tastes ok but if they make tea for me, then nine times out of ten its crap!

I can drink tea and coffee with one or two spoonfuls of sugar.
Mostly though, I will put two in both but I must admit to liking coffee with more sugar.
If I make a beverage and forget to put sugar in when I take it upstairs than I just drink it.
I might not like it but I can't ever be bothered about the trek back downstairs to correct things
I am just a lazy sod

Two sugars in my tea.
In coffee I can take anything really, one, two, three or I can have it black with no sugar at all!

I have tried to cut down on sugar but its difficult.
In tea I balance between one and a half teaspoonfuls.
In coffee I try and keep to the same but its usually two more than anything.
