You can video and take images in public but not on private property.
Here's a video from Tesco in Rochdale where Nasir Hussain pushes the shop workers a little too far.
Then he tries to push the police around, literally.
The whole episode is crazy.
But, if you are going onto private property trying to claim rights that you haven't got by law, you are on a hiding to nothing.
I mean, if this Nasir Hussain bloke walks onto my property and I told him to leave and he didn't I would kick him off - period!

By the way, Nasir Hussain was charged with assaulting an officer and so was his missus.
All because he wanted to buy more water than the shop allows and he just couldn't walk away!
