Looking for some common sense and guidance on approaching the 'translation' of the practical information here in the legal and law language relevant particularly to Bulgaria. What I'm essentially asking is where do you start the process from?

Where would you advise people from other countries to start the adaptation of the Freedom Movement to their countries?

I agree, but individual parts of the world will have different levels of tyrannous hoops to jump through to get where you need to be.
Just look at what the communists are doing in the UK, especially in last years "Enough is Enough" protests.
