I was told last night off a mate who said he got a Section 59 warning off PC Plod and that was all he got.
No paperwork - nothing!
The police just told him he was getting a Section 59 and that was it.
If these things last 12 months how are you supposed to know without the paperwork?

The police should give themselves Section 59 warnings every time they take their cars through the fast food outlets with the cars provided by us.

Public servants giving a warning to their masters - who would have ever thought that would happen?
