England Footballer Gets Six Years For Sexual Grooming

Ex-England international football player, Adam Johnson, has been given six years in prison for sexual activity with a child.

He was sentenced today at Bradford Crown Court.
The judge said its all his own fault because he knew she was only 15 years old.

He was still playing football at Sunderland and was earning £60,000 per week when he committed the crime.

I think I read that Adam Johnson got 5 years for the sexual contact.
One year for the grooming and 4 months for kissing.
I think this is correct although I can't find the story again.
If what I saw was correct then the title of the thread is a little wrong.
Not that it matters too much.
