The police are not what we understand them to be. They should serve and protect, but most work against us. In fact, many are just full time revenue collectors working for a 'company' but they don't even know it!
A.C.A.B. are the initials of an anti-police slogan which stands for All Coppers Are Bastards.
You will see A.C.A.B. used as graffiti on walls and other places.
There are many people that use ACAB as a tattoo usually on the hand and fingers in particular. As an alternative to A.C.A.B. tattooed on the fingers some can use small dots tattooed onto the knuckles. This means exactly the same.
The police don't like that phrase "All Coppers Are Bastards".
Some coppers are good and just want to get through the day serving and protecting the public as best as they can but some are complete twats.
I have a few mates with ACAB tattooed on themselves.

When we were young we would sing "Harry Roberts is our king, is our king, is our kink, Harry Roberts is our king, he kills coppers".
Of course being young we just sang it and never really knew why.
Now I know because of the internet.
Harry Roberts killed two policemen in London.
The problem is that not all coppers are bastards though.
Many join the police service to help with the community and genuinely want to serve and protect the public.
Unfortunately, they will be pushed around by their superiors.
Then comes the phrase "I was only doing my job".
Harry Roberts, the police killer, was released last November after serving 45 years in prison.
Now, it appears that he has just passed his driving test.
