Rice can be bad for you under certain circumstances

The Chinese meal or any other meal for example that contains rice can give you food poisoning under certain circumstances.
Here's why.
Rice can have spores growing on them that can multiply very quickly.
If they are cooled in the fridge the spores may not multiply so quick as the cold stops them from doing so.
However, left at room temperature at length and these spores turn into bacteria that produce toxins.
So, after a meal and you wish to store the leftovers, get them in the fridge quickly.
They can survive cooking too!
Also cook rice piping hot all the time!

It's long been known that reheated rice can make you sick. It's good to see them dredge this information up from time to time.

Obviously the tinned rice with milk will be treated well and pose no problems. However, rice from takeaway shops have a big problem. Effective cold storage and thorough re-heating is the way to go.

Plenty of margarine in the frying pan stir for a few minutes and Bob's your uncle. Done me no harm anyway.
