London Tower Block Engulfed In Flames

I am sure we will all agree here, how in modern day UK, how on earth could this happen?
The tower was not long refurbished.
The policy in those tower blocks is to stay inside your flat in case of a fire and the fire brigade will save you.
Apparently, they all thought they would be safe for up to an hour.
But as we know, within half an hour, the whole building was on fire, all 24 floors!
There are so many people missing and over 10 confirmed dead so far.
Thoughts go out to those involved.
