Our Society and its Definition
Here is the meaning of the word "society".
A group of like-minded people who come together to deliberate, determine, and act towards common goals.
You need to join a society on your own free will.
You cannot be joined by anyone!
When you see any society you will be able to inspect their "common goals".
If you like the society after looking at the terms and conditions and like its aims you can make an application to join.
For instance, if you see the Halifax Building society or the RSPCA, you can see their published ideas and aims and decide if you would like to contribute in some way.
What happens if the terms and conditions or their goals change and you don't agree with the society no more?
You can then resign without recriminations!
However, we live in a society, don't we?
We all believe that we do and we have been told we do.
Within our society we have to abide by the rules and the terms and conditions - don't we?
What are the rules of our society then?
These are the legislated rules laid out by parliament, ie the statutes.
These rules or statutes are forced upon you whether you like it or not.
But hold on a minute!
Where were the published terms and conditions of our society?
When did you join?
After all, you need to join a society.
So, if you never actually joined, why are the rules enforced upon you?
It's because we have just accepted them, that's why.
We have gone on for far too long just accepting the terms and conditions mainly through threats and intimidation if we don't.
I don't know anyone who joined the society that we supposed to be a member of.
Have the government therefore joined us without our consent?
If they unlawfully joined us then what methods are available to resign if any?
How do we deal with the governments bullying tactics?
Most of their rules, which a lot of people wrongly call law, can be broken but there is nearly always a penalty attached.
Can we now take it that those who make the statutes and govern us are doing so in order to make money from us?
It certainly looks that way!
If you have not joined the society then you are not bound by their rules, end of!
Their rules are not law!
However, every one of their legislated rules can become law if we consent.
There are many thousands of their silly little money making scams (statutes) if you do consent.
We hear it all the time that you can't break the law.
But the laws that they usually refer to is government legislation (money making schemes).
The common law is different - this is the only laws that we should recognise.
The common law is comprised of four elements - harm, loss, fraud and breach of the peace.
In other words, don't affect other people in a negative way and that is just common sense.
To prove that the legislated rules of this fake society only become law when you consent, take a look at this video from your own home secretary, Theresa May.
Here she tells you that you are policed by consent.
Before you do so, please remember that the common law is not policed by consent.
If you break the common law you must accept the punishment!
