Meet Your Strawman.

The Strawman: Unlocking Your True Sovereign Power

Welcome to Freeman Movement! Today, we’re diving into a cornerstone of the Freeman on the Land philosophy: the concept of the “strawman.” Understanding this idea can empower you to challenge societal norms, reclaim your sovereignty, and explore the fascinating world of lawful rebellion. Let’s embark on this journey together and meet your strawman!

Before we begin, are you aware that there are actually two of you right now? Well, there is, and your “other half” has been with you since birth. So come and meet your strawman. In fact, learn how to take back and control your strawman at the Freeman Movement.

Each individual is born free, with inherent rights granted by natural law. However, at birth, a “legal fiction” is created in your name, often linked to your birth certificate. This legal entity is what Freemen refer to as the strawman.

The strawman exists as a separate identity—a corporate persona used by governments and financial institutions. It’s tied to contracts, taxes, debts, and legal obligations that are assumed to apply to you. The idea is that while your natural self is free and sovereign, the strawman is a construct of statutory law, designed to interface with the artificial system of commerce and governance.

We prefer to use one word when describing your strawman, but you can also use straw man – they mean the same thing.

It’s very difficult to think that you could possibly have a non-biological “twin,” but you have. One is you, the human being reading this, then there is your strawman. You are alive and made of flesh and blood, as well as a few other chemicals, of course. Your strawman is your legal fiction, which is also a corporation. In other words, you are a living human being while your strawman is an artificial entity.

All interactions with governments and banks, for example, are through your strawman.

This is because the system is mostly operating under Admiralty Law (Law of the Sea). This type of law is for commerce, and commerce largely deals through corporations.

We are basically enslaved within a society that you did not consent to join.

It is a money making scam, but the worst part is they are forcing us to live like a slave under their rules. In fact, think of it as a prison and that you will be in it for life. So, once you understand that you are in a cage, you need to know how to escape from it.

Meet your strawman: It is your corporate identity.

Shortly after you were born, your mother or father went to register you. In return, they got a birth certificate. But, you can’t use this for identification purposes, it tells you. Indeed, this birth certificate is your strawman. However, you don’t own your birth certificate because it is Crown Copyright!

So, what use is a birth certificate when it is crown copyright, and you can’t use it to identify yourself? In effect, it’s just a piece of paper that tells you that you have a strawman. You never gave your consent to having a strawman because you had no ability to comprehend things. However, try getting rid of your strawman; it’s almost impossible.

As with everything you register, you are giving the title away. So, your parents inadvertently gave you away. This is why the social services can take your children away, because they are not yours. Obviously, you should be good parents; that goes without saying. But what exactly is a good parent anyway?

Indeed, it was your parents that gave you away! However, they didn’t know what was going on and that it was all a trick. Of course, they did it under a threat, too. This is because they knew that the state would fine them if they didn’t go along with the system. In other words, they gave you away under force.

In effect, your parents created a company in your name upon registration, then gave both ownership of the company and you to the state. So, the birth certificate doesn’t simply document your existence; it creates a parallel identity.

The name on your birth certificate is often styled in all capital letters, signifying its status as a corporate entity. This small detail is pivotal: it marks the distinction between you, the living, breathing human being, and your legal fiction. The state then uses the strawman to bind you to contracts and obligations you didn’t knowingly consent to.

Meet your strawman at the Freedom Movement.

Your name is basically something that your parents gave you; again, you had no say in this. It is basically a means of grabbing your attention, nothing more and nothing less. However, you can assume any name you like when you are old enough.

So, upon registration, your parents created the two of you. Of course, you are born free and can do what pleases you as long as you don’t break the Common Law. But your strawman ensures your connection to the system or society, if you like.

Since the entire system is corrupt and set up to fleece you of money, your connection to that system ensures that you are a slave to it. Indeed, you will be liable for all forms of taxes. Just remember that it is your name they are dealing with, not you. In fact, it’s their name, as it is Crown copyright!

Your strawman’s name (your corporation) will always be in capital letters. Indeed, check out your local churchyard; all the names of the dead are in capitals, too. This is because when you die, your corporation dies with you.

We all saw the billboards claiming it is illegal to use a legal name. Have you ever stopped to wonder why these appeared?

Legal Name: Fraud Poster.

The government will also give you a title. How nice of them. While your parents just gave them your name, the government wants to impose a title on you. So, you could be master, mistress, Mr. or Mrs., etc. In all cases, where they use your title or your name in upper case letters, they are connecting with you through contractual Admiralty Law.

If you never get a job or become jobless, the system could help you. This is because there are benefits available to ensure you have a roof over your head and have enough sustenance. However, they don’t lose out, as they can draw on the bond that is in your name that they don’t tell you about. In fact, you are worth quite a bit to them, but they will want more off you throughout your life.

Since you can attach yourself to your strawman when you like, then make sure you benefit from it. Obviously, use your strawman when it suits you and not them. Keep away from it most of the time, because while you have a connection to it, you are liable for it.

Using your name is optional; in fact, everything in life is optional. But they will make you believe that it is mandatory. So, you should only connect with your name when it benefits you. For example, the police (another corporation) can only work around your name. However, learn the Three Golden Rules when dealing with the police here.

Understanding the concept of the strawman can be liberating. By recognizing the difference between your natural self and the legal fiction, you can begin to question the validity of the systems that claim authority over your life. This opens the door to a broader exploration of personal sovereignty and lawful rebellion.

Freemen believe that many obligations—such as paying taxes, adhering to statutory laws, or accepting fines—are only enforceable if you, the living human, consent to being identified as the strawman. Without your consent, the system has no authority over you, as it can only interact with the strawman.

However, the corrupt system is difficult to navigate and if you don’t understand the concept of the strawman, you’ll be shafted until you do.

Your corporation (strawman) is making contracts with other corporations all the time. In fact, the government will only deal with your corporation and not your living person. This is because Admiralty Law is all about commerce and nothing else. So, what our masters have done over time is to turn Admiralty Law into what most of us call The Law when it’s not.

In essence, it is your corporation dealing with other corporations, and you are the living human being driving that mechanism. So, considering that Admiralty Law is Contractual Law, it is all about consent. You now have the option to give your consent or not, and you only should do so when it benefits you.

The government has imposed Maritime Admiralty Law upon us through trickery. Therefore, we are all operating in the world of Commercial Law. In order for this to happen, we all need to have a corporation in which to do business. Therefore, our strawman is our corporation. As such, we do business with the courts or the police, for example.

However, everything is a corporation and on an official register. In the UK, we use Companies House, and you can do a search for free. Your doctor, your MP, the police, the courts, and even the UK are corporations—everything. This is why we are living under one grand deception, under Maritime Admiralty Law.

We all have a strawman - even women!
Everyone has a strawman!

Once you’ve identified the strawman, you can take practical steps to reclaim your autonomy. This process is often referred to as “lawful rebellion,” as it involves peacefully disengaging from systems of control while staying within the bounds of common law.

Here are some strategies Freemen advocate:

  1. Non-Consent to Contracts: Understand that many interactions with government institutions are contractual. By asserting that you do not consent to being represented by the strawman, you may avoid certain obligations.
  2. Notice of Understanding and Intent: This document is a way of formally notifying authorities that you recognize the difference between yourself and the strawman. It declares your intention to operate as a free and sovereign individual.
  3. Understanding Jurisdiction: Freemen argue that statutory law applies only to the strawman. By identifying yourself as operating under common law (based on principles like fairness and harm), you can challenge the system’s jurisdiction over your natural self.
  4. Assertion of Rights: In any interaction with authorities, you can invoke your rights as a living individual, not as the strawman. Knowing these rights is crucial for standing your ground.

While the strawman theory has inspired many, it’s not without its critics. Mainstream legal systems generally dismiss it as a misinterpretation of law. Some have even labelled it a conspiracy theory.

But here’s the good news: exploring the strawman concept doesn’t require you to believe or reject it outright. Instead, it’s an invitation to critically examine the systems around you, ask tough questions, and discover new ways to assert your independence.

They created your strawman for you once your parents registered you. You did not consent to either, as you had no choice. However, as an adult, you are free to examine the ins and outs of the system designed to shaft you.

So, you can live life to the full as an independent sovereign human being standing under the common law. However, you can connect to services and arrange contracts using your strawman when it benefits you.

The strawman is more than just a theory; it’s a symbol of empowerment. Whether or not you fully embrace the concept, learning about it encourages self-reflection and inspires action. It’s about stepping out of the shadows of assumed authority and into the light of personal sovereignty.

At the Freeman Movement, we celebrate this journey of discovery. By understanding the systems that govern our lives, we can choose how to engage with them—or not. The strawman is just one piece of the puzzle, but it’s a powerful tool for those who seek to live freely and authentically.

The concept of the strawman is a gateway to a deeper understanding of your relationship with society, law, and personal freedom. As you explore this idea, remember that the journey is uniquely yours. Whether you’re taking your first steps toward lawful rebellion or you’re a seasoned Freeman, the key is to remain curious, informed, and proactive.

You are a living human being of flesh and blood, but you are NOT your name. Indeed, your parents gave the name away, and the Crown owns it now, together with your company (your strawman). In order to understand how and when to use your name, read up on our pages about Law, Police and Courts, etc.

Here is a snippet from Wikipedia: “So there are of two kinds of legal entities, human and non-human: natural persons (also called physical persons) and juridical persons (also called juridic, juristic, artificial, legal, or fictitious persons, Latin: persona ficta), which are other entities (such as corporations) that are treated in law as if they were persons.”

Of course, that statement, being easy to edit on such media, may no longer be there. However, here at the Freeman Movement, we are unlocking doors all the time. In other words, we have opened pandoras box, the cat is out of the bag!

Finally, you may comment here on this subject. You can also comment in the Freedom Forum as well, but there you can spark a debate about anything too.

Thank you for joining us at Freeman Movement! Together, we can uncover the truths that will set us free.

Your legal Straw Man.

Remember to think free, but act within the boundary of the law at all times.
